The casting team behind the long-running property show Location, Location, Location is hunting for Salford residents searching for their ideal next home, but time is running out to apply.

As the average UK house price continues to rise, property hunters across the country wish they had expert advice to lean on when scouring the property market for their next house.

The hit Channel 4 series does exactly that, pairing first-time buyers, people looking for their next dream home and those looking to downsize with property specialists Kirsty Allsop and Phil Spencer.

With the next series of the hit television show set to be filmed across Greater Manchester this May, the casting team are urging people from Salford to apply before it’s too late.

Time is running out with just two days left to register your interest in appearing on the show. House hunters can apply by completing the application form online here. Your application will be received by a member of IWC Media and they will contact you directly if they wish to take your application any further.

“A spokesperson for Channel 4 said: “We are casting for the new series, and we are interested in hearing from chain-free (or SSTC) house hunters who would be ready to buy in May this year.

“Applications are now open and we’re looking to spread the word to the community to encourage house hunters to apply and get the help they need. We are looking for individuals, families and couples who need Kirstie and Phil’s expertise to buy their dream home.

“Whether applicants are first-time buyers, looking for their next dream home, downsizing or relocating – whatever the reason they’re moving, we love to hear from them.”

As part of Channel 4’s ongoing commitment to achieving greater inclusivity on screen, they are strongly encouraging candidates of all backgrounds and identities to apply.

The deadline to apply to be on the show is Wednesday, 29 April.
