Salford is on 1,357 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of TWO.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,357, an increase of TWO

BURY: 1,296, an increase of TWO

BOLTON: 1,890, an increase of FIVE

ROCHDALE: 1,716, an increase of TWENTY FOUR

OLDHAM: 1,901, an increase of FOUR

TAMESIDE: 1,544, an increase of FOUR

STOCKPORT: 1,650, an increase of FOUR

MANCHESTER: 3,019, an increase of FIFTEEN

TRAFFORD: 1,282, an increase of NINE

WIGAN: 2,147, an increase of FOUR
