Salford has had 9,718 confirmed cases of Covid-19, an increase of TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 9,718, an increase of TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR

BURY: 7,128, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY TWO

BOLTON: 11,356, an increase of TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY ONE

ROCHDALE: 9,090, an increase of TWO HUNDRED AND NINE

OLDHAM: 10,765, an increase of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT

TAMESIDE: 7,795, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN

STOCKPORT: 7,910, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO

MANCHESTER: 21,807, an increase of FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOUR

TRAFFORD: 6,794, an increase of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOUR

WIGAN: 12,071, an increase of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT
