An exclusive session looking at Salford sports in the 1950s-60s has been organised at Swinton Library.
The reminiscence session is set to run on Friday 23 June as part of the Great Get Together weekend, inspired by the late British politician, Jo Cox.
The session will see visitors look through the library’s memory boxes, assess photos, as well as play retro games from the era. Visitors are also encouraged to bring their own memorabilia and memories to the event.
Tickets for the session are free and drop-ins are welcome.
