Greater Manchester Police are appealing for information regarding a vulnerable missing man from Salford.
Christopher Wier, 41, was last seen at Salford Royal Hospital at around 10:30am this morning.
GMP officers are growing increasingly concerned for his safety, as Christopher has a medical condition that may make him confused and agitated.
At the time of his disappearance, Christopher is described as white and around six foot tall with a medium build and short, dark blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue tracksuit with white down the side.
