Selected local restaurants are offering kids to eat free or for just £1 around Salford.

With the arrival of the October half term, parents/guardians may struggle with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis’ impact on food cost.

In response to this, restaurants around Salford are offering discounted children’s meals.

Asda café is offering children eat all day for just £1 without an adult needing to make purchase, whereas fancier places such as Café Rouge and Bella Italia are offering children eat for £1 when adults order a main meal, other locations include Morrisons, M&S Café, Tesco Café and Yo! Sushi.

Christopher Dean, General Manager for Media-City’s Bella Italia said: “Most parents are able to save £7.49 per child. We have two sizes of children’s set menus, but usually offer the larger one as they both go down to the same price with this offer.”

Dean followed: “Due to the fact that the offer has been extended indefinitely from its initial run earlier in the year, I’d assume that its proved popular and helpful overall.”
