Salford is on 1,453 confirmed cases of coronavirus, an increase of SEVEN.

The data was released today by the Department for Health and Social Care in partnership with the Office for National Statistics.

The current number of cases in each region is as follows:

SALFORD: 1,453, an increase of SEVEN

BURY: 1,341, an increase of NONE

BOLTON: 1,987, an increase of ELEVEN

ROCHDALE: 1,864, an increase of TEN

OLDHAM: 2,121, an increase of NINETEEN

TAMESIDE: 1,610, an increase of ELEVEN

STOCKPORT: 1,735, an increase of SEVEN

MANCHESTER: 3,269, an increase of THIRTY FOUR

TRAFFORD: 1,426, an increase of ELEVEN

WIGAN: 2,179, an increase of TWO
