Police launch appeal to find vulnerable missing man

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a vulnerable man who was possibly sighted in Salford.

There have been possible sightings of the man, named only as Michael, in the Stretford/Old Trafford/Trafford Park areas as well as Salford.

Michael, from Longsight, was last seen on Stockport Road at around 11.20am on Tuesday (February 27).

The 68-year-old is vulnerable and officers are “becoming increasingly concerned about him”.

Michael has a grey/ black beard and was last seen wearing a black beanie, black leather jacket, jeans and dark trainers with white bottoms.
