Salford-based brewery, Seven Brothers has secured a national listing in Wetherspoons for its fan favourite beer Easy IPA.
From February, cans of Seven Brothers’ Easy IPA will be available behind the bar in 400 Wetherspoons sites across the UK.
The rollout will culminate in a draught listing across all 750 estates, with the Indian pale ale set to be on tap across 600 Wetherspoons by the end of March 2026, with 440ml cans available across the whole site.
The national listing has been a tremendous boost to the family-run brewery.
“For a family-run brewery like ours, securing a national listing of this scale is genuinely game-changing, particularly after a challenging year for the industry,” said Keith McAvoy, CEO of Seven Brothers Brewing Company.
“It allows us to put Seven Brothers beers in front of drinkers right across the UK, while staying true to who we are and where we’ve come from. It’s a huge moment for the business – and for all seven brothers.”
Weaste raised, the McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, co-founded the company in 2014, inspired by their father, Eric McAvoy’s home-brewing in the cellar of their childhood home.

Since launching over 10 years ago, the brewery has expanded significantly, with its beers now available nationwide. Stocked by major retailers such as ASDA, M&S, and Co-op, and even available in Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 bar, ‘Amber Alehouse’, exposing what began as a Salford-based, family-run brewery, to travellers from across the globe.
Wetherspoons, as one of the UK’s biggest and most influential pub operators, is sure to be a major helping hand in furthering the brewery’s notoriety across the UK.
