Goalkeeper Will Norris will join Salford City when his contract at Wycombe Wanderers expires at the end of the month.
Norris has spent the last season and a half with Wycombe, where he played just over 50 games for the club.
Now aged 32, he is taking a step down to League Two to play for Salford City.
In a statement, Norris said: “I am really excited to be part of this project and cannot wait to get started.
“The squad is in great shape to compete already, and whatever experience the new players can bring in and the new management, I think we can go one better this year.
“I can bring a wealth of experience to the Club, and I think having a good goalkeeper is important, having a good striker is important. In these key positions, you need players that can do it.”
Norris brings a wealth of experience across the English pyramid, having played in every division from the National League right to the Premier League.
He has won titles in the Championship with Wolves and in League One with Portsmouth, making him a decorated player amongst Salford City ranks.
Furthermore, Will also played for Cambridge United and enjoyed more success, winning the Conference play-off
final and FA Trophy in 2013-14.
He helped Wycombe reach a play-off finish before finishing 11th with them last season.
