A series of free yoga sessions in the forest are being offered to Salford residents.
Organised by Incredible Education, the free yoga sessions at Winton’s Cleavley Community Forest Garden are a gentle, relaxing way to exercise in nature.
Funded by the Greater Manchester-based screening programme, Answer Cancer, these sessions begin tomorrow morning (Wednesday 19 July), with a second opportunity to get involved the following day at 2pm.
